fsl’s alcohol gate????

Can someone please explain what Shannon from FSL’s email was about? Why have their been multiple reports of alcohol related hazing only one week into having New Members?
(FYI...any event involving New Members being offered Alcohol is considered Hazing because initiated members hold more power than new members)

Yeah... everyone did receive it. All Presidents, Panhel Reps, and Panhel Alumnae got it. It was forwarded around my chapter but the exact quote in it says
“ I am asking that each chapter reply to me with your advisors and new member educator copied to acknowledge that you have received my email and you understand the expectations. ”
So yeah, they all got it.
