phi delts was definitely better than sig eps, but had stricter rules when their nationals suspended them. phi delt without their nationals' rules is better than before so their takeover of lambda elevates them

In what world was phi delt better than sigep? I think sigep hurt themselves a lot by going for sk every year for PGP which was of course a long shot, they definitely overhyped themselves but phi delt was not at their level lol
