mixers

Can sororitys mix ONLY with IFC frats? Before if a frat was rogue and not part of IFC, it was against PanHel rules. Not that there are 6 or 7 frats who have left IFC, are mixers possible now?

Panhel sororitys only mix with IFC frats. But rogue frats from the IFC that merge with an IFC frat in good standing can get around Panhel rules. That's how Sig Eps and Phi Delts can continue to have mixers with sororitys.
