dark theta/light theta?

don't go to Tulane but I know people who do and I always see stuff about dark thetas and light thetas...what does that mean? what is the distinction?

Dark thetas love to party. And light thetas are more studious and school leaders.. All Thetas are smart as must have a high gpa to pledge and second highest grades in Greek life and all are beautiful. Great events and they throw down. Dark or light, one of the strongest sisterhoods on campus.
