Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority Ratings at UAH

AOII is probably my favorite sorority here. They're so involved on campus, and have many leaders. They are always together, and its good to see sisters hanging out with their sisters. The girls wear their letters proudly and with respect. They're also just genuinely friendly and kind people!! I'm glad we have them at UAH.

AOPI has come a long way from being the newest sorority and having just a chapter room in southeast to getting a house on campus this past year. Sisters are involved in various organizations on campus and are friends with people outside of aopi. They seem to really care for each other.

AOII is the newest sorority to campus but they are on the up and up. They officially have a home and are the largest sorority on campus. This chapter is creating leaders within chapter and on campus. They have sisters serving as Orientation Leaders, Dance Marathon Directors, SGA Directors, and officers of other clubs. These girls know how to have a good time and build up UAH. Every AOII I have meet is really nice and wants nothing but the best for those around them. They are known for supporting other organizations at fundraising events and things like that. While most girls stick to one group these girls are friendly with all Greek organizations and have good relationships with everyone. Overall great girls and I think they will do big things at UAH

I never really see them doing much on campus besides that puppy thing they do with Pike - seems like the only time I see them doing something social is when they're drinking at one of the frat parties. They don't seem to be all that classy and have been struggling with grades and things lately.

They keep to themselves a lot, and I never really see them involved on campus much. They've also been on academic probation a couple of times now because their GPA is below the national requirement for AOII

They keep to themselves a lot more than the other two sororities; there are also a few girls that run wild and it reflects really poorly on the chapter as a whole. They're also not very willing to work with girls who have conflicts and can't make it to required events and things.

All I have to say is, there's a reason why AOPi wins best sisterhood, has the largest chapter, and has the highest retention rate every year...... Best on campus, by FAR.

As a member of another sorority on campus I can't say I have a definitive idea of what aopi is like but the girls I'm friends with from their chapter are great. They seem to work as a team and have fun while they do it. I see so much hate on this site so spreading a little love can't hurt. So happy they're finally getting their permanent home and they got the pledge class of their dreams(:
