I don't agree with Alpha Phi being at the top when classiness is a factor. Sure, they're hot, lots of them could be strippers. Plenty of other sororities are just as good looking, but are classier. Sure, they like to party and do blow. They aren't classy, they're not particularly rich, and they're only moderately involved.
