Best Frats at Maryland

Phi Delta Theta and Sigma Nu are the two top fraternities.
Slightly below them is Sigma Chi, Kappa Alpha Order, and Alpha Tau Omega.
These five fraternities are the only “top tier” houses at Maryland.
There is a significant gap between them and the next three solid houses, which are Delta Sigma Phi, Zeta Psi, and Lambda Chi Alpha.
Aside from these eight houses, the only other semi-relevant fraternities here are Tau Epsilon Phi and Alpha Delta Phi.

ka is definitely still top the problem with this site is anyone can post anything on here as often as they want, if one person posted 10 comments under different names about ka not being good anymore you would never know
if you actually ask top sororities what they think they will tell you that ka is still top tier and the top five frats at this school have not changed

Bringing in a big pc doesn’t make you a good fraternity. That’s why ato and like zeta psi will never be a top house. When you bid everyone and their mother, you get some weirdos

Frats in the same row its hard to nitpick. I agree. After the top 2 you have a decent drop off with the rest of the top 5.

because not how it works.......took sig nu years to rise from ex fiji and they actually worked at it. beta lucky to be ranked mid right now

It took sig nu only 1 cycle of undergrads. FIJI was gone 2018ish then Sig Nu becomes top in 2021.
