basically pha needs to decide what current chapter total is which i think is the average between all 16?? i could be wrong and then depending on how many spots from there are left sororities decide if they want to do it or not. I would check the pha website, but also sometimes sororities don't advertize publicly

usually adpi, sk, gphi, dg, sdt! keep an eye out on chapter's instagrams and the pha instagram as well for events!

Doing informal isn't something to be embarrassed about. It usually just means that you had a lot of seniors graduate. PHA tells you to do it, it's not like you choose to.
