If you see Delt ranked any higher than just outside of the top 10, it's due to rampant self-ranking combined with houses on here gving each other 1's across the board. Delt's an OK house with some decent guys, but just nowhere near being considered competitive with even the higher mid-level houses.

Delts are solid Mid these days. Love these guys...shaping up to be a true quality house. Sorta reminds me of how PiKapp was climbing the ladder a year or 2 back.

Solid mid now. Their last pledge class pulled them up significantly. Overall good group of guys.

They were sorta sucky last quarter...fledgling middle in the beginning of Fall and really proved themselves. Get over it guys...fraternity rankings are fluid and these guys are proving themselves.

Delts are SOLID mid right now.

id put them above Theta Xi/Sig Pi/Pike and below PiKapp and SigNu.

On the rise. Strong upward trajectory. Middle Tier - get over it. Would put them above Theta Xi.

Except for the fact that the guys in there are comete goobers and no middle tier sorority would actually party with them. Adpi, maybe, but that's about it. DTD has a cage for humans inside of their house. Creepy and downright scary.
