tri delt is not on the rise. i don't know why they always post on this. weird.
aphi is falling based on the pledge class
i kinda feel like pi phi is rising to top of middle tier
theta is falling
chi-o is rising but they still seem kinda lame idk only judging on girls i see on campus.

Agreed, GPhi, ADPi, and ChiO are all rising.
I'd add Aphi to falling just because of their recent PC, but definitely Pi Phi
