I have had so many guys and girls tell me to stay away from Zeta and Alpha Phi.

You don’t “stay away” from houses, they cut you.
Be sure to let them know your concerns during recruitment so they can let you go. SMH

It’s common knowledge Zeta and APhi are the houses classy, academically driven, and nice girls are told to rank low/drop

APhi is #8 in grades and Zeta is #11, I wouldn’t really say they’re academically driven lmaooo

Great, you feel that way.
Be brave & tell them that while you’re going thru recruitment.
Don’t waste their time.
Or, how bout you give every house a chance & don’t listen to anyone else. You’re in college grow up.
