This is all subjective. Phi Delt and FIJI are top 2, I don’t think there’s any arguing there. However, I don’t think SAE is anywhere near what they were 2-3 years ago. I’d say SigEp and Delt are tied for 3rd. In terms of who is better, it just depends on who you ask.
SigEp is known more for partying and they’re in Low Hoop which is a bid deal, socially
Delt is known for having wealthy actives and alumni, though they do throw a couple really good parties a year.
