Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Michigan Dearborn - UMD 1.7 I find the older members seem to have heavy influence upon newer members, not allowing them to form their own decisions. It's fall in line or be ostracized until disfiliation. That being said if you are a like minded drone then you will enjoy all of the philanthropy they do. They went from the largest Greek org to one of the smallest in a years time. Clearly their sisterhood is lacking.

I find the older members seem to have heavy influence upon newer members, not allowing them to form their own decisions. It's fall in line or be ostracized until disfiliation. Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Michigan Dearborn - UMD 4.4 Phi Sigma Sigma has truly become my home away from home. Every single one of these girls is someone I know I can go to with anything, and I know I have so many lifelong friends. All these girls are so genuine and truly care about all the right things. This is everything I would ever want from a sorority. This foundation of girls is built on love, character, and the want to better the world around. I will always be a part of Phi Sig and it will always be a part of me.

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Michigan Dearborn - UMD 4.9 Phi Sig absolutely dominated recruitment this fall and they haven’t slowed down since. It’s clear they’ve put in a lot of hard work over the last year or so, because they are a completely different chapter than they used to be, and all of the other Greeks have noticed. I’ve never met a group of women so empowering, inspriring, and supportive - not just to their own sisters, but to everyone. They go out of their way to support all of the other chapters on campus, both sororities and fraternities, and they don’t get sucked into the petty drama. I’m really happy for them, and I’ll be interested to see where they go in the next couple of years.

Phi Sig absolutely dominated recruitment this fall and they haven’t slowed down since. Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Michigan Dearborn - UMD 1.2 Jointing Phi Sig is twice as expensive as the other chapters as they begin a big push to "be the sorority you wish you were in." Outside of Greek life, you won't see any of them doing much else. Inside, they post photos of the same 5 women who are most attractive and they spend hundreds of dollars on superficial aspects of the chapter. By the time big little week is over, you'll see everyone for who they really are. There are some super genuine ladies in here who were thrown by the fake recruitment performance. Hopefully the older, faker girls will graduate and leave a chapter who is really interested in creating bonds and philanthropy work.
