end of year frat rankings

Hate that this is the “end of year” ranking already but:
Top:
Pike- Even tho they didn’t have a great PC still widely seen as top house. Not much debate about that as of now but could change
Sig Pi- Parties and housing same if not better than Pike but have more controversy and are mostly only popular w Freshman
Upper Mid:
Cal Phi- Many consider a part of the “top 3” but they’re not quite at the same level. As always, their reputation appeals to some and is off putting to others
Sig Chi- Good PC and definitely trending up again after some rough post-power years. Need better housing before they seriously be in the conversation as a top house
Mid:
TKE- Solid guys w strong brotherhood but housing is really holding them back. Losing OTR def still hurting them but still a respected group
Lower:
ZBT- Weirder group of guys but improving somewhat
Kappa Sig- yaaa so yikes
Bottom:
Theta Chi- Most promising of the colonies. Having cloud 9 is huge for them.
ATO- lol
Phi Delt- lol

Could say the very same thing about tke. Both don't have very many big parties but both have great guys. At this point they both need houses to improve
