SUCH a mixed bag. Can’t say it enough. It’s kinda like everyone who didn’t fit into a specific sorority goes theta. They used to be on the same level as kappa but have kinda falling with their average at best pcs the last few times. The girls seem to all like hanging out which is a good sign. Overall just meh

Here’s the deal— there are some really solid girls here who are overall easy to talk to and pretty attractive, and then there’s the rest of them. Trying wayyy too hard to come off as a “top house” and it’s just not working; literally smells like desperation. Totally kills theta’s vibe and seems to end with the actually cool girls dropping soph year. Unfortunate

i think ppl associate a mixed bag with something bad, but honestly i think that’s the most likeable thing about thetas. they’re not all the same basic girls, so they’re usually fun to talk to and hang out with which is why frats like mixing with them

Thetas now hang mostly with sig pi, pike, and sig chi. Suddenly dissociating from mid tier & mid/low tier frats. Sad to see them becoming more superficial lately

These girls are just ok. Thetas are kind of a mixed bag, while some are super into it others are just there and don't really show up to things. Very hit or miss

The PCs for this year are good, they’re hot and actually fun to talk to. Overall I would say it’s a top house but not THE top house. The girls seem way less fake than other sororities and actually have friendships which seem to last.
