they have no social life, but surprisingly they're arguably 1 of the top houses since aphi's nosedived and there's not really a clear top house atm

It's literally on the GW Greek Life website - Fall 2019 informal recruitment page. There are 4 chapters participating: AEPhi, Pi Phi, Phi Sig, and SDT.

Everyone’s relevant in some regard. Even a chapter that’s considered bottom tier was relevant when they made the news. Chapters that lead a ton of orgs like ADPi and KD are relevant. SDT became relevant again when they got a house. Theta is still relevant because they’re so new.
