graduated last year and was a GDI put here’s my 2 cents.
i think the two most favored sororities if you’re smart and cool and like to have fun: adpi and chi o (a little sk)
if you’re rich and popular with a bland personality: KKG, aephi, and alpha phi
down to earth but super type a: KD and PiPhi
literally dont care about how they’re not crazy popular: phi sig and sdt
theta: still new but they are truly on the rise and will be upper middle tier with their newest pc in the spring.
alpha phi and kappa really recruit the same glitter and glue girls. you’ll never see body diversity or any ses diversity in either, but they dont seem to care.

A lot of houses are hard to rank, so they belong in their own "idk" category.
Top: sk, but they mostly benefited from aphi's nosedive. If I had to pick a top house it'd prob be sk, but imo there's not really a clear top house
Adpi- were solidly upper middle for years with chi o, but a lot of middle houses moved up in the last couple years since gw's known for looking for every absurd excuse to revoke charters. Historically, always smart and very involved, great sisterhood that gets along well, but not as social as some other houses because the type they always recruit is the class president/type A type that's not super into partying
KD- well rounded house, diverse, can be clique-ish because they're a big house. Kd's well balanced with no glaring weaknesses I can think of, they just don't excel in anything to be ranked higher
Pi phi- very involved in student orgs, genuinely care about philanthropies which is nice
SDT- improved a lot in recent years
Phi sig- doesn't interact as much with other houses, but could be a good fit if you want the social benefits of greek life without getting pressured into going to events with other houses
~Hard to rank~
Aphi: really tanked recently. Still relevant and are involved, and do have some smart members, but current events with their chapter def really hurt their reputation. Idk if I'd say they're at the bottom since they're still decent in some areas, but they def declined a lot recently. I just don't know where to put them
Chi o: still a solid house, great balance between academics & social life. It's hard to rank them because their sisterhood can be meh. Historically they've always been great at recruitment but then people drop afterwards once they get familiar with the sisters not being that close. Hard to rank them because although their sisterhood isn't great, they're still well rounded and diverse, with a good work-life balance. Def not irrelevant or at the bottom
Kappa & aephi: they've always been different from the other houses, so it's an apples-oranges comparison if you try ranking them with the other houses. Both seem to have good sisterhood- they're like adpi in that kappa & aephi recruit a particular personality every year, the only difference is that adpi's the hyper involved class president type and kappa & aephi are more into parties. Kappa and aephi do seem to have good sisterhoods that get along well. If parties and social life are something you really prioritize, kappa and aephi could be a great fit.

Your evaluations of ADPi and KD should be switched. ADPi is way more “we’re on e board of everything look at how involved we are” and KD is more social. Both good, just appeals to different types of PNMs. And IMO we’ll see about theta - if you graduated last year (when they colonized) you really can’t know too much of their trajectory. I don’t see them moving to upper mid before Pi Phi.
