A little disappointing for the Alpha Chapter, but their sophomore class is a class that they can build back off of. Once they extinguish Kappa Sig they will be unquestioned as a top house. They throw great but rowdy pregames, but they don't have anywhere to throw parties. The second they get some good real estate near campus they will be competing with Delt and the E-Dawg remnants for unquestioned top house.

Literally remnants of Phi Kapp. Still haven't gotten back to the level of the Skulls, but they are the lacrosse team fraternity still. Involved in a competition with KA for a lot of guys every year. Not sure how much longer they will stay afloat. Under-utilize their house on windfall hill, but they have a few heavily attended parties every year at their basement and their other houses. Legend is still there, but they can't really back it up.

Really involved on campus, not much social life. Sigma Nu is arguably more social. More classy and more normal looking guys. Do have some athletes. Almost nothing off campus. Average, quiet W&L guys.

Back in the day they were in the big three. The big three is pretty much gone now. Besides the fact that 2 are literally kicked off, the "middle" and "upper" tiers have closed their gap significantly. They have pretty good real estate (pumptown and a cabin) and they utilize their basement as well. Phi Delt is changing, just like the rest of the school, but they still have their old reputation and still have the same brotherhood and parties, leaving them in the same boat, year after year

Fiji really doesn't have a lot going for them: they are isolated, they don't rush guys really hard, and they are pretty quiet. The fijis that are social are cool, but you don't see the others ever. Group of guys who are friends but don't really subscribe to the whole southern fraternity thing that everyone thinks W&L is supposed to be about.

They are the random fraternity here. They have big pledge classes which lends to them being both less tight knit and a diverse enough group to have a really good time. Decent real estate (they have a cabin) but they are always the same--year by year. Consistent.

Pike is hit or miss nationally, but at w&l there really isn't anything special. Not the nicest house appearance wise, but the brothers are close. Parties can be on a range from awkward to pretty good, but they generally don't have too many people there. A little more reserved sometimes.

Mix of great guys from all over campus. Do throw events that seem exclusive but really aren't. They will make anyone feel welcomed and involved. Really just average good guys, and that reflects in all they do.

Sigmachi is a person by person case, just as with every other fraternity here. Sophomore class kills it. Juniors are more classic Sigmachi, and there are 6 seniors. I think that taking all of their classes together speaks to them as a fraternity as a whole. Very social. Throw a lot of parties, and they are always out to have a good time--even if they sometimes get too messed up.

Some guys are very social (TNP). Others are not. Do not care about their image as a fraternity, but they have a solid group--even if they honestly do their own thing.
