Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 4.7 Best fraternity on campus! The brothers are so nice and very respectful. Their house is hands down the cleanest on campus and the bathrooms are top tier. You feel save and at home in this house
