Theta to Sue Developer

by: Sad but True

Theta is apparently planning to sue the developer that bought the property that used to be their parking lot. The developer is apparently building a huge building that Theta doesn't like (sad face).

Don't feel bad for Theta as they did this entirely to themselves. Their woke members had their volunteer alumni board removed which included an alumni that entirely paid for and gave Theta free access to the parking lot for decades.

Why did Theta's woke members ask to have their alumni board removed? Apparently, their board asked the girls to have a house wide vote before they openly and publicly supported BLM. You know, that BLM that apparently spends their donations on luxury properties around Los Angeles. Yes, USC Theta helped fund the BLM luxury property holdings in the name of social justice.

When the alumni who owned the parking lot was asked to leave, she sold the parking lot to the developer as a FU back to the Woke Thetas on the way out.

You Woke Thetas are stupidest f-ing clowns of any sorority at SC. You will lose the lawsuit and many will be laughing when it happens...

This is Theta’s second lawsuit. They sued USC and lost because they can’t recruit enough members during spring rush. (Ssshhh! It’s a secret their membership is so low that they sued USC. We can go on pretending they are a top house despite having no members.) This will be their second lost. Bring out the popcorn as Theta becomes the low house on the row with a parking lot.

Over Woke and under Parked Theta is no longer top 4 and hasn't been for a number of years. Used to be a great house before the crazies took over
