How difficult is rush for Black students?

I'm considering rushing next semester. How hard is fraternity rush for Black males? I've heard that USC greek life is basically for beautiful white people.

I heard sigma chi was considered hiring black actors to pose as members during rush to up their black cred. Someone pointed out their all white composite might be a problem
