The real ranks for those in the know. One thing to watch for is if lambda can stay without going to rush this spring. The answer is prob no and sig chi takes unchallenged top spot. Who would wanna secretly join a house that may be gone next year.

Ksig wouldn’t. They’re too low to see phi sig as competition. They get their own type of apathetic guys and fight with dtd. This ranking is just the truth.

Im not here saying we are better than anyone because tbh idgaf. I like the ZBT guys, I genuinly feel bad about their situation, and they are running low on numbers. Same with Phi Sig. Both houses have cool guys, and some that suck. Obviously the guys in ZBT overall are cooler, but Phi Sig had some cool events in 2020. Both houses lost a lot of brother(as did most houses) but both these guys are sub 80 members... wish the best for both of them though, Greek life must remain strong

ZBT is fine get lost pike. Renovating AEPI it will be sick. Phi Sig is the dead one with sub 40 members.
