girls will be talking about pi kapp

I predict that next year girls will be talking about Pi Kapp. I am not a member of the house, and offer an independent viewpoint. here is why:
- Pi Kapp blends social, academic, and philanthropic endeavors to create the ultimate college experience.
- Through strong character, leadership, academics, and service, they separate from other fraternities
- They throw great registered parties. One party, American Pi Kapp, was featured on Total Frat Move for being the best party at USC.
- When girls visit Pi Kapp they realize that the guys are fun to be around.
- Pi Kapp is ready to make a move next year and is a fraternity on the rise.

The Pretty White Girl (PWG) is going extinct.
They are America's rarest human species.
America's smallest minority group. 🥺
PWGs are @ 1 in 15 in last Spring's sorority PCs.
It was 1 in 3 ten years ago.
Take many pictures of them, so we can remember what they looked like... 🦄
