frats in summer

what happens to frats during the summer? do they still do stuff or is it just dead until september

Organizations have significantly less active members on campus but generally still participate in various philanthropic and social events throughout the summer term as well as renting out empty space in their houses to non Greeks.

Is your definition of "doing stuff" limited to massive booze fueled parties and debauchery??

Dont listen to anyone else. All the frat guys go into hibernation for the summer, they all go into the basements of their frat castles, lock themselves in a cold dark room and sleep for 4 months straight to recover and prepare from and for the long year of being so frat.

The Greek village is pretty chill during the summer. Lots of beer pong in the courtyard, BBQs and guys from the fraternities tend to get along and chill together during the summer. This will be my third summer in a row here and I can't wait.
