Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.0 I only joined the greek system this year but from what i've seen I truthfully do think these guys seem underrated, They are the best dressed fraternity and the closed parties i've been to were really good. But i do agree with previous comments that they tend to push things too far which is a shame as they can be so sweet. The guys I know are super fun and easy to get on with and they got the best and strongest pledge class this year the benefits of which are clear already. one to keep an eye on!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.4 Phi Delt is on the rise to become one of the top tier fraternities on campus. Sure some of the older guys are careless and a little creepy but they'll be out soon and the recent pledge classes have brought forth some of the greatest members of the UBC greek community (like that british and the dancing guy and many others). They have the more positive momentum at this point then any other frat.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.6 Phi Delta Theta has the most momentum out of any Fraternity at this moment in time. They rushed their largest pledge class -- filled with athletes, scholars, and overall a lot of gentlemen. Although Phi Delt had been hurt a bit by the antics of the old class, the new class has been making big gains. They are a bit arrogant, but the more you get to know them, the better they get. Well-connected, fun, and not all clones of each other.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 1.8 Most all of your actives look like they've just stepped out of a Brooks Brother catalogue, but like the person below pointed out, the personalities don't reflect that at all. That's really unfortunate because they're such a great International frat. Oh well!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.4 Okay so some of their older guys are creepy, I can't lie but their pledge class this year is amazing with a capital A. The best frat pledge class in my opinion ! The new guys are friendly, fun and well rounded. Phi Delt is definitely going to get better and better in the coming years!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.2 They have this idea of being and dressing "fratty" and try to be like an american fraternity and it fails so hard. They look the part and you talk to any guy for more than a minute and you're consumed by awkward moments.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 3.8 Ok, some guys/girls here clearly have some issues with these guys. I'm not super tight with them either but they don't deserve super negative ratings. There's gonna be weird guys in every frat. Biggest complaints about these guys: not always super classy (gotta keep a leash on some of your boys). Otherwise, they're a good group, pretty easy going, getting more and more popular.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.6 The guys have good intentions and are nice, but they're all a little weird. Not necessarily a bad thing if thats what you're into. I just have a number of awkward moments the few times I've been over at their house. Not known for their parties either...suppose to be a dry house. Maybe it is just me but I much rather spend time with other fraternity members. Fiji's, Sigs and dekes are all much more fun.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.2 Not a big fan of these boys. They're not very fun and I find them creepy at times. They focus on dressing nicely, but their personalities don't reflect their appearance. I gave them a chance, but it wasn't worth it. Now I constantly hear stories about them doing childish pranks as well. Grow up.
