no, they live on campus the first year but they can move in as sophomores.

Freshman cannot live in the houses until sophomore year, or if you have 28 credits I think ( in case you brought some in with you ) But depending if you're a girl or guy, if youre a guy I think you may be able to pull some strings at semester to live in the house, the housing situation is overcrowded there and I'm sure they could let you live with your Frat, if there is room
