What? Pi phi and dz have been trending downhill extremely fast especially the last 2 years. The newer pc’s of this year have such a mixed bag of girls. Some are straight geeds who should be in bottom houses, while some are pretty cute. I’d say both these houses have worse girls than before though

First of all, aphi , chi o and kappa are not necessarily the top. Are they good & strong chapters? Yes. But why does everyone make them top tier when they’re trending down?

Top 6 frats and srats from a very social person in Greek life (no disrespect)
Frats:
Sig Chi (nicest house, great rep)
SAE (biggest function area, biggest parties, fun guys)
Phi Psi (fun guys, newer house, best dartys)
Fiji (house could be nicer but def still deserve a spot on this list)
Delts (nice guys, good house)
Theta Chi (pretty big house, cool/nice guys)
Sororities:
A Phi (always conversation for top house, very clean house)
Kappa (a lot of fun, nice house)
Chi O (friendly, fun)
Tri Delt (nice house)
Zeta (fun)
Pi Phi (fun, on the rise)
