TOP: Phi Mu and Kappa Delta
MIDDLE: ADPi and Chi O
BOTTOM: ZTA and ASA

Phi mu is 110 percent not top tier, especially over chi o or adpi.
KD is too well known for having new girls drop quickly to be top tier

The drop rate from KD & ADPI is astronomical. They have a tough time keeping around the good girls because they can see through the fakeness showed to them during rush
