unc academic scandal

Looks like no serious punishment. That's great.
BUT when Roy and all the admin say everything was on the Up and Up, I feel ashamed. That is blatant lies. We just got away with it.

As a nonathlete, I hope this does not taint my resume, since I plan to work in NY or Boston. I did well and worked hard for soon to be 7 years here. I am not pleased that I am probably going to have to address this in interviews.

Is everyone just super happy and thinks this will be long forgotten in a year?

The irony is the dumb uneducated fake class students at UNC do not understand how this will affect their futures. At least basketball was protected. You guys are not a school, you're a basketball facility funded by fans posing as students.

Don't worry, your degree won't be "tainted." What happened was more an athletic scandal than academic. So be quiet and go away.
