really sweet and attractive guys, house is nice, their date events are fun, i can't speak for every girl but i think it is very easy to get to know the guys and feel super comfortable at pregames and parties

I've talked to DChi guys and it all ended with awkward silences. They throw good parties once a semester but their regular ones are way below average.

Solid guys but not very interesting most are a little bland. They throw good parties and have decent bar pull and are a solid middle tier house.
