Why are the sororities ranked where they are?

Is there a reason why the sororities are ranked where they are?? Like what makes certain sororities top tier and bottom tier and how do sororities rank higher than others?

Based off frat mixing mostly. Otherwise rankings would look VERY different

I honestly don’t know when these ranking were first started, but sororities can jump up and down one or two slots for each pledge class initiated. It all depends on who is the most wanted for that year.
