SAE/Fiji
They are top, you're lying if you don't agree.
SAE is always gonna be mildly attractive rich guys. Nicest house on campus.
Fiji is always gonna be super fun guys that are sometimes super rude
Phi Delt/Sig Chi
Not quite SAE/Fiji but they are both getting close
Phi delt has a beautiful house and had a great spring pledge class. Used to be known
as SAE rejects but they seem to have outgrown that
Sig chi had a great spring pledge class, but got hurt by the fact that they couldn't have mixers
because of trouble with the school. They have a lot of events and are a fun time
Sig Ep
Everyone that's not a Sig ep knows they are just below phi delt/sig chi
They had some really great guys in their new pledge class but it was huge and a few kinda weird kids slipped through the cracks. If they get the old pike house that would definitely boost them but it sounds unlikely
Beta
Definitely a better pledge class than recent years, but still a "good not great fraternity" heading in the right direction though.
Really beautiful house but that's not enough to boost them yet
Aepi/Kappa Sig
Bottom tier, we'll see if that changes in the next few years but it's unlikely
Sig Nu
They are super new and not really a frat yet. Once they get a house and more pledge classes we'll see where they actually end up. Not really bottom tier, just too new to have a ranking. Definitely need to stop self ranking on here

I think sigma chi edges out phi delt if you aren’t from Texas and phi delt edges out sigma chi if you are from Texas.

once sig chi can throw something like aspen, then they will be better. guy quality is about the same but phi delt has a better rep currently. not to say that can’t change

There are only 4 top sororities and fraternities at SMU.
They mix, party and mingle together & are the premiere social life at SMU.
Pi Phi, KKG, Theta and Tri Delt.
SAE, Sigma Chi, Fiji and Phi Delt.
