Any house who was under quota for spring. GPhi tends to be the most open about fall rush but I've meet girls pledging Alpha Chi and some of the other houses during the fall too. Talk to Panhellenic, they should have an available list in the Fall of who is offering spots.

Luckily there are so many girls at SMU that think more highly of themselves than the sororities do that they drop out rather than pledge sororities that they consider beneath them. That leaves some spots for other decent girls to pledge in the fall. I think it's hilarious how the girls that drop out of recruitment look down on the girls in the lower houses. The girls that got a house are perfectly happy and are having an enhanced college experience and the girls that dropped out are just feeling left out.
