What is the difference?

as someone who is trying recruitment, what is the difference from say any of the panhel sororities and other sju organizations like Kappa Phi Lambda or Lambda Upsilon Lambda? I get that those aren’t panhel but that is the difference? Where can I find that information?

i think its that the panhel orgs are usually known as social orgs that anyone can rush, and the other ones are mga (multicultural greek alliance) orgs, which are more culture focused. not sure if just anyone can rush mga
