Sigma Pi has revoked their chapter at San Jose State University. Closure is due to continued RMF after being placed on probation.
Nationa Statement:
Effective March 16, 2015, the Grand Council of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International revoked the charter of Beta-Eta Chapter at San Jose State due to ongoing investigation into Risk Management issues.

They're an irrelevant IFC fraternity, they've been on probation since like 2011. Hopefully someone like pi kapp or alpha sig can get their house.
