SigEp has abolished pledging using the award winning Balanced Man Program. The BMP aligns perfectly with year-round recruitment. And it is simple to understand. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. This also means there is never hazing. Let's say you are recruited in late January -- then you just join other members in the Sigma challenge who joined last semester and have already completed six of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings this semester. You join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining two meetings. If you have not attained Phi status by the end of the Spring semester, you can complete the challenge asynchronously using the game-changing Balanced Man Program App to unlock the Phi level and continue to make progress towards graduating with the rank of Brother Mentor.

I just fell over in my chair reading the Sig Ep response. I bet they copy and paste that to every male (or female) at UK.

SigEp = no Partying, no Drinking, no Pledging... why even bother being a fraternity? Nothing more than a hangout for GDI losers

SigEp effectively uses year-round recruitment strategies to recruit the most talented, values-aligned students to our chapter. Every SigEp member understands and is so excited by the life-changing opportunities afforded through the pledge-free, substance-free, app-based Balanced Man Program that they remain in our chapter through graduation and give back as a Balanced Man volunteer an alumni. SigEp is made successful by a diverse group of volunteers, empowered to support our healthy, alcohol-free chapter experience and mentor undergraduates. Our SigEp Learning Community is unquestionably not just the best fraternity but the best student organization on campus.

Sig Ep is a joke. Yea I’m sure people are wanting to rush a frat that has to have dry housing and nationals that give them the boot if they violate it and have to have a narc from nations living with them to enforce it
