Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Winona State University - WSU 4.4 There are so many different types of girls in this organization and hard to stereotype this sorority. The majority of members are involved with other clubs on campus and are very involved within the Winona community. Overall, the girls are sweet and the sisterhood is sweeter.
