they don’t own the house. delta phis nationals actually own the house, they just haven’t lived in it in a very long time. TDX has like 20 registered brothers some of whom will graduate after this year so not sure how they’d fill it unless they get a bunch of underground brothers to live there. not sure how they’d pull that off with OFSA
