do sororities already know what girls they want?

like before the rounds even start, do the girls know which of the PNMS they want to give a bid to?

Is it really a mutual selection or is it all manufactured?

Personally, I don't care which gives me a bid, but theres some I rather not go back to.

So maybe they have tops but were referring to those when they said that they don’t care eguvh gives them a bid
