Frats rising and dropping

I’m incoming sophomore that was home last year. I heard Tke got a new house and has been rising? Any other frats rapidly rising or dropping?

Tke is still full of losers and Pikapps new place is better anyways. Can’t even have parties at the Tke house because it’s on campus and the campus police started cracking down on the house 2 years ago. Tke will not be having any fun parties (Especially because I heard they’re still on thin ice with IFC)

i love the tke guys!!! got to know a bunch of them over the summer constantly having people at their new house just an overall fun group whos gaining momentum could be at the top soon depending on there next rush classes
