Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 2.5 The majority are guys who were unpopular in high school and are attempting to peak in college. From that they tend to develop egos even though at the end of the day their fraternity is average at best. House is nice, some of the brothers are nice, but quite a few ads questionable. A lot of sus stories about these guys, let’s see how much longer they last.
