Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Akron - UAkron 3.0 They’re the pretty girls. Their retention rate has been the worst for years. It’s a rarity if you’re in alpha phi for more than 2 years. This sorority is anchored by a few very strong members but they fail to come across as a strong group of women, and rather a few well known members.
