Well they lost dchi and ifc hates them for hazing so they kinda did it to themselves by getting on so pro every other semester for 3 years.

Only reasons girls like them is because their attractive / act as douchey as tkes. But without dchi expect the good looking classes to die out - middle tier in two years then it’ll be doing tri ads with phi tau and pikes in 4 years

I wouldn’t say SAE is the elite but I would definitely say SAE, TKE, Theta Chi, and Pi-Kapps are the main frats that run Greek row. I honestly don’t know any other houses that I can include with these big 4.
