If I rush with my friends is it likely we'll get the same house if we put down the same houses? Like do sororities take who your friends with into consideration?

No. Sororities take into consideration how well you align with the current actives, your GPA, and involvement. You likely will not even be in the same Rho Gamma group with your friends, although it is entirely possible to stay friends with girls in different houses.
