Hey, can someone rank me for what frats to rush?

Incoming freshman, 18 years old. Decent intellect, woozy personality, average looks, not super popular/ a few very close friends, parent's WSU alumni, not wealthy/ not poor, extroverted and easy to meet people, and doesnt use social media (Amish childhood)
