Only a third of A team is hot and B team didn’t do well in grades. What’s the point in being a systemic b itch if you’re not doing it well?

I personally dropped theta my sophomore year because I realized the girls were very different from me. Didn't leave on a bad note and I'm still friends with a few of them but something PNM's should be aware of is the a team and b team. After initiation you're designated (sometimes formally, sometimes informally) as either a team or b team. A team are the girls you see posting instagrams during recruitment (notice it's literally the same handful of girls over and over again) and are plastered through their tumblr. B team are the girls who more or less slipped through the cracks and don't have the looks going for them but serve some other purpose, whether it be good grades (to boost the house average) or rich parents with boats and summer houses to share. Theta is infamous for inviting very few girls back to pref and often end up snap-bidding the night before bid-day in order to meet quota. For those who don't know snap-bidding is literally calling girls who have dropped out of recruitment (for whatever reason: illness, got dropped from all of the houses, didn't end up with any houses they liked, etc) and offering them a bid. This strategy allows theta to supposedly get the "best of the best" in terms of looks but as a result often half of their pc is made up of girls who would fit in better at sigma kappa aka the b team.

Theta seems warm, driven, beautiful during recruitment but then... huge drop off. There’s a segregation into A team/ B team and you’re thrown into an extremely image-obsessed chapter. If you’re looking to join a never-ending ultra catty (honestly subpar especially after pc 19) high school clique, think theta!! Lower top at best after how awful they were last year:(

This chapter holds a toxic house atmosphere, marred by competitiveness similar to reality tv and A/B team (infamously known across the Seattle area, from local kids who dropped theta or transferred). Due to poor recruitment APhi/Tri Delt got most of what should have been A team this year, and B team is falling in grades. This on top of being universally disliked for their stuck-up attitude has caused this house to fall from the top to lower top (and possibly upper mid if they can’t recruit significantly better in the fall). That being said, they still have a great social calendar despite being limited to Fiji for the sake of exclusivity.

Super mean girls who act like their the superior sorority and sorry ladies it gets annoying even tho your hot

UW Kappa Alpha Theta is the perfect balance between having fun in college and forming promising, lifelong friendships while also emphasizing the importance of academics. They like to have fun but there is a STRONG general sense of productivity and incentive to be an exceptional student around the house, which a lot of members find really supportive and motivating!

if I didn’t go to u of Washington and someone told me theta was a top house I simply, would not believe it

not sure why people think they are top... B team is so obvious and these girls will straight up be rude to your face or won’t even bother making eye contact if you aren’t another theta...

These girls are pretty and smart which comes off as intimidating. But I’ve never had a bad interaction with them and they speak really highly of there sisters, which can be rare in Greek life... if I went Greek I’d wanna be a theta!
