Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Dry house so the brotherhood isn’t reliant on alcohol but despite not hosting parties in the house they still get out and have a good time. A lot of super chill, down to earth, and athletic guys. Not a top house by anyone’s standards but nonetheless a nice, clean house full of likable and charismatic guys.

Dry house so the brotherhood isn’t reliant on alcohol but despite not hosting parties in the house they still get out and have a good time. A lot of super chill, down to earth, and athletic guys. Not a top house by anyone’s standards but nonetheless a nice, clean house full of likable and charismatic guys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.4 I've meet the guys before so don't get me wrong their nice people. But their pretty nerdy and have a dry house. Wouldn't recommend if you want the full frat experience but good if your just here to study

Yeah these guys may be a little nerdy but they aren’t the “bro. Bro. Bro.....” stereotypical burned out frat boys. No, these guys are a genuine organization who actually gives a crap. They post some impressive grades, are very active on campus and are all around really nice guys. One complaint is dry house but honestly isn’t a big deal because they still have a lot of fun
