Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 They just got 3rd in Mr. Greek, 1st in Thetas philanthropy, are always top in grades, have the richest alums at UW, and are about to break 100 guys. If that isn't a rising house then idk what is.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 Rushed this house. even though I ended up signing Fiji's, this was my close second. I have more respect for this house than any other house on campus (beside fiji of course). Great guys, great brotherhood, great parties. Only problem is their parties are a little few and far between.
