They seem really great during recruitment, but it doesn't show year round. Most of them are super party girls and not classy at all, they try really hard to act quirky, but they really are rude and unpanhellenic.

Their upperclassmen are kinder and have a better reputation than their underclassmen. Though sometimes it’s hard to know who is a Theta when letters are hardly worn, which makes them seem less involved on campus.
