I think every house has its share of gorgeous girls. Guys don't ask a girl what sorority she is in before they talk to her. If she is pretty, they want to hang. It has nothing to do with what house she is in, it has most everything to do with what the girl herself looks like, not her entire house.

I get that, but be real. the houses with the prettiest girls are the ones that get asked to do the most with the frats.

Yeah, sure! I went through recruitment and thought to myself.."Gee.. I'm pretty, I've worked really hard at my grades, I'm motivated, I've got great leadership skills and community service....Yes! I hope I can join a sorority that girls are based solely on looks and I can be in the one where all the frat guys want to get in my pants!"
...... No thank you! I may be pretty, but my mama didn't raise a fool. I'll take sisterhood over shallow any day!

is true. That's why the frats tend to hang out with the houses with the "pretty girls." That's really the only reason why certain houses are tagged as top. It's because they have lots of pretty girls and frats find that appealing.
